The first plenary F2F meeting of the GANNDALF project was successfully held in Braunschweig, Germany, on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May 2025. Hosted by AEGIS IT Research, this two-day in-person event brought together all consortium partners for a productive exchange of ideas, updates, and plans. The meeting served as a key milestone in strengthening collaboration and advancing our shared mission of next-generation cybercrime detection and multi-stakeholder investigation.
Highlights of the meeting included focused workshops on:
· System architecture and technical requirements
· Use cases and user requirements
· Development of crime investigation tools (WP3)
· Data sharing infrastructures (WP4)
· Policy and training activities (WP5)
· Evaluation of the GANNDALF sandbox (WP6)
In addition, dedicated sessions were held on exploitation and outreach strategies (WP7), accompanied by interactive Q&A discussions and parallel workshops that enabled hands-on collaboration and planning for the upcoming phases of the project. The F2F meeting was an excellent opportunity to align on strategic goals, foster synergies among partners, and drive the GANNDALF project forward. We extend our thanks to all participants for their active engagement — and a special thanks to AEGIS IT Research for their warm hospitality and excellent organization.
