Tool summary

Which people and messages deserve attention first? GRIPHIA brings chats, emails and calls into one case view, highlights behavioural cues and events for review, with each finding linked to its source.

The challenge

Digital investigations produce large volumes of chats, calls, emails and other evidence, so it is difficult to see which people or messages deserve attention first. Signs of persuasion, urgency or evasion can sit among ordinary exchanges. Reviewing this by hand is slow, and informal judgement is hard to repeat or explain to colleagues.

What it does

GRIPHIA helps investigators work through digital evidence, especially text and audio such as chats, emails and calls. It brings people, messages and events into one case view, with graphs and timelines that show how they connect. It highlights behavioural and emotional cues, such as persuasion or urgency, and ranks people and events by investigative relevance. Each finding stays linked to the material that produced it. Investigators review the ranked list and keep the final judgement themselves.
