Tool summary

How can cyber incident training stay realistic and lead to lasting improvements? The tool generates AI-powered incident scenarios for interactive training, then uses trainee responses and feedback to support structured debriefs and draft organisational guidance.

The challenge

Static exercises do not always prepare teams to make decisions as an incident unfolds, while producing enough realistic scenario variations takes considerable time. Without a structured debrief, lessons about both incident response and communication may be lost rather than carried into future training or organisational guidance.

What it does

The tool helps trainers generate variations of multi-phase cyber incident scenarios, such as phishing attacks, using AI. Trainers review and adapt each scenario before use. Trainees work through an interactive incident timeline, recording their responses through a dedicated interface for trainers to assess and discuss during a debrief. Exercise results and feedback inform recommendations and draft organisational guidance. Human oversight remains central: experts review and refine scenarios before training and draft guidance before any policy is adopted.
